Sight-Reading Information
Each time we begin a new scale, we will begin or review a rhythm and sightreading sheet in the key of that scale
We will learn how to count the rhythms as well as clap and play the lines on single notes or full scales.
This sheet deals with a review of Cut Time rhythms.
Each measure is divided into 2 beats, with the half note being worth 1 beat.
4 eighth notes will also equal 1 beat, and be counted "1 - E - and - uh" just like we would count 16th notes in 4/4.
